These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of School Parent App (the "App"), provided by Your Company Name Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility & Account Use

• The App is intended for use by parents, guardians, and school staff affiliated with a participating school/institution.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email/admission number/mobile number and password).
• You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Services Provided

The App provides access to school-related information, including but not limited to:

• Student attendance records
• Examination results and academic progress
• Fee payment status and history
• School notices, circulars, and announcements
• Communication between the school and parents/guardians

Availability of specific features may vary depending on the policies of your affiliated school/institution.

3. Accuracy of Information

Academic, attendance, and fee information displayed in the App is provided by the respective school/institution. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or omissions in data originating from the school's records. Please contact your school administration directly to correct any discrepancies.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or misuse the App's software or infrastructure.
• You agree not to upload or transmit any harmful, defamatory, or unlawful content through the App.

5. Fee Payments

If the App facilitates online fee payments, such transactions are processed through third-party, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full card or banking credentials. All payment disputes should be raised with the school administration and/or the payment gateway provider within the applicable resolution window.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and software associated with the App are the property of Your Company Name Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Company Name Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or third-party payment issues.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including in cases of misuse, violation of these Terms, or at the request of the affiliated school administration.

9. Changes to the Service & Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also revise these Terms periodically; continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
